Intellectual Property:

Unless otherwise indicated, Woower owns the copyright for the content presented in the webinar. Some of the copyright for the content on this website may be owned by individual presenters and is included on our website under a license or agreement. Webinars, events and recordings are to be viewed by the registrant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced.

If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way, it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use, where necessary. Any breach of copyright, including recording the presentation or any unauthorized use of the material, may lead to legal action as per Indian laws.

Learning Outcomes:

Woower is not liable for the detailed content of any webinars, quality of presentation, or if learning outcomes did not entirely meet expectations.

Registrations:

By registering for a webinar, consent is given for application details to be provided to the webinar platform provider (E.g., Zoom, Google Meet) to set up the webinar. You can view the platform’s policies on its website.

Cancellation:

Registration for a webinar event may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event. If for any reason, the presentation is required to be cancelled by Woower; a notification email will be sent as soon as possible.

Webinars are recorded:

The virtual event facility includes a feature that allows audio, video and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact Woower to discuss your concerns in good time prior to the webinar-event date.

Webinar-event participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web device upon first use or require you to download the software for your operating system. The software can be manually downloaded by visiting the webinar platform’s support page. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install software.

Webinar Materials:

The webinar presenter may provide reference materials for your use during or after the webinar. These may include (but are not limited to) the following:

  1. A workbook
  2. A copy of the webinar slides
  3. Sample documents, templates or other material for use during the webinar.

All webinar-related materials remain the copyright of Woower. They must not be distributed to any third party at any time or in any form without written permission from Woower.

Introduction: By using our jobs posting and placement platform (the “Platform”), you (the “Employer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Job Posting: Employers may post job openings on our Platform for potential candidates to apply. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any job postings or the qualifications of any candidates.

Candidate Screening: It is the responsibility of the Employer to screen and verify the qualifications of any candidates. We do not conduct background checks or verify any information provided by candidates.

Quality / Cancellations / Presenter Actions / Accidents / Medical Issues

Quality: The company guarantees that the webinars, courses, and workshops provided on the platform, Woower, will be conducted to the best of our abilities and will provide the information and materials as advertised. The company shall ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

The company has no control over the quality of any of the programs provided on the platform, Woower, as it is instructed by the presenter and it is according to the ability of the presenter. The company shall not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction with the presenter or tutors’ abilities, and no refunds will be given in such cases.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of a webinar, course, or workshop, registrants will be given the option to attend a future session or receive a full refund. The company shall ensure that the customer is informed about the cancellation of the event at least seven days before the scheduled date.

Actions on the presentation: The company reserves the right to remove any participant from a webinar, course, or workshop for any disruptive behaviour. Disruptive behaviour includes but is not limited to the use of abusive language, discrimination, harassment, and breach of any laws.

Accidents or Medical Emergencies: Woower is not responsible for any accidents or medical emergencies that may occur during in-person events. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

Liability: Woower shall not be liable for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of using our platform or attending our in-person events. By using our platform and attending our events, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.

Refund: The company has a no-refund policy. However, if the company cancels the event, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund as prescribed in the refund policies mentioned here: https://woower.app/refund-policy/.

Intellectual property: The company reserves the rights to all content of the webinars, courses, and workshops, which is protected by the copyright laws of India. The customer shall not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the company.

Connections: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their connections on Woower and for not sharing their login credentials with others. This means that users should take steps to protect their login information, such as using a strong password and should not share their login information with anyone else.

Communications: Users are expected to communicate with respect and professionalism in all interactions with other users on Woower. This includes using appropriate language and tone, avoiding personal attacks or offensive language, and being respectful of different perspectives and opinions.

Identity theft: Users are not allowed to impersonate or misrepresent themselves as another person or entity on Woower. This means that users should not create accounts or profiles using someone else’s identity or use a false name or information in their profile.

Unavailability of solution: Woower will not be held responsible for any unavailability of the solution due to any technical issues or maintenance. This means that users should be aware that the platform may be unavailable from time to time due to technical issues or scheduled maintenance and that Woower will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by such unavailability.

Misrepresentation or Incorrect Information: Employers should provide accurate information in their job listings and should not make any false or misleading statements. Misrepresentation of a job or company may result in the termination of the listing and may also lead to legal action. Employers should also ensure that the job listings are not discriminatory in nature and should not be based on any protected characteristics such as race, gender, age, sexual orientation, etc.

Job Listing Withdrawal: Employers may withdraw a job listing at any time but should notify Woower of the withdrawal. This means that if an employer decides to withdraw a job listing before it has been filled, they should inform Woower as soon as possible. This will help to keep the platform up to date and avoid confusion or disappointment for candidates.

Offer Withdrawal: Employers may withdraw a job offer at any time but should notify the candidate and Woower of the withdrawal. This means that if an employer decides to withdraw a job offer after it has been made, they should inform the candidate and Woower as soon as possible. This will help to keep the platform up to date and avoid confusion or disappointment for candidates.

Offer terms not honouring: Employers should honour the terms of any job offers made through Woower. This means that once an employer has made an offer to a candidate, they should not change the terms of the offer without the candidate’s agreement. This includes things like salary, benefits, or start date. It’s important for employers to keep their promises to candidates to maintain a good reputation on the platform.

For Candidates:

Acceptance, not honouring: Candidates should honour the acceptance of any job offers accepted through Woower. This means that candidates should not accept an offer and then back out of the acceptance. This is to ensure that employers can trust that the candidate will follow through with accepting the job and starting work as agreed upon. If a candidate backs out of an acceptance, it can cause significant inconvenience and expenses for the employer. It can also damage the candidate’s professional reputation and make it difficult for them to find future job opportunities. By honouring the acceptance, the candidate demonstrates professionalism and reliability, which can be beneficial for their career in the long run.

 

Business E-Commerce Listing/Products or Services/Sales/Quality/Returns
